Amy Riedinger, Owner
Amy graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University in 1983 with a BS in Early Childhood Education.  This is her first experience owning a business, but she previously worked at Charming Sisters salon in Victor. Besides owning Serendipity, she also substitutes as a para-professional in the Honeoye Falls-Lima school district, which she has done for the last 5 years.

Sarah Witt, Esthetician & Spa~tique Manager
Sarah graduated from Continental School of Beauty in 2007, and has attended several classes specializing in Institut Esthederm product knowledge as well a Brazillian waxing workshop.

Steve Chartrand, Marketing Advisor

Debra Lewis, LMT
Debra attended 1,000 hours of full time study at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY, along with continuing education course in Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute. She is trained in all modalities of massage along with Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Cariosacral Therapy, Assisted Breathing and Whole Body Balancing. 

Aurora Stefan, LMT
Aurora graduated in 2003 from Monroe Community College with a degree in Massage Therapy. She is especially attuned to the unique needs of woman of all ages, pregnancy and postpartum massage, infant care massage, geriatric massage, deep tissue massage and hot stone massage.

Birgith Dachtler, LMT, CHT and Reiki Master
Birgith graduated from MCC in 2003, and obtained her Reiki 1 and 2 in Munich in 1984, and her Reiki Master in India in 1996. Besides Reiki, her specialties include Prana Healing, Hypnosis, Integrated Energy Therapy, Shirodhara, Massage Therapy for fibromyalgia, along with traditional Massage Therapies.

Kevin Brunell, LMT
Graduated from Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2004. Certified in Reiki I and II. Trained in Trigger Point Therapy along with traditional Massage Therapies.

Ingrid Arulaid, LMT
Ingrid was born and raised in Esonia which is one of the Baltic countries underneath Finland. She graduated from the Swedish Institute of Massage in NYC in 2004. She is internationally trained and Nationally certified.

Terri Mahar, Reiki Practitioner
Terri was trained in energy healing in the early 1990's and has also worked independently as a life coach/mentor for over ten years. She presently holds a 2nd degree certification as a Reiki practitioner and is interested in helping with not only physical but emotional balancing and also animal Reiki.

Patricia Pietropaolo, Cosmetologist and Make-Up Artist
Patty has been a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician for 10 years.  She received her certification as a Permament Makeup Technician in 2004. Patty utilizes the softap technique that is very gentle to the skin, and is the tool of choice in permanent cosmetics.

Marylon Duncan, Reflexologist
Marylon graduated from the International Therapy Examination Council in England in 1999 with a diploma in Reflexology.

Ann Lolis, Nail Technician
Ann graduated from Finger Lakes Community College and has been a Nail Technician for the last 6 years.

Lucieann R. Condino Stollery, Nail Technician
Lucieann graduated from Continental School of Beauty in 2007 with a NY State license in Nails/Waxing.
